PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)

for the sale of goods by remote means

This version of the document is effective from the moment of its publication on the S-Rage online store website.

1. General provisions

1.1. This document is an official public offer made by Individual Entrepreneur Yuliia Ivanivna Amosova (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine to conclude a contract for the sale of goods by remote means.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer is the placing of an order on the website, payment for the goods, or any other confirmation of the intention to purchase the goods.

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the Buyer fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Terms and definitions

Online store — the website or online platform of the S-Rage brand through which goods are sold.

Goods — products of the S-Rage brand presented on the website.

Order — a request from the Buyer to purchase goods placed through the website or other communication channels.

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.

3.2. The characteristics, price, and description of the goods are specified on the pages of the online store.

4. Placing an order

4.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the website or through other communication channels.

4.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate contact information.

4.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order in case of a pricing error, technical failure, or if the goods are out of stock.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment may be made by bank card, online payment, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

5.2. The moment of payment is considered the crediting of funds to the Seller’s account.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Ukraine by delivery services.

6.2. The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer after the goods are transferred to the delivery service.

7. Returns and exchanges

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Consumer Protection.

7.2. Goods included in the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return according to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 are not subject to return.

8. Intellectual property

8.1. All materials on the website (images, texts, design, logos) are objects of intellectual property of the S-Rage brand.

8.2. Use of the website materials without the written permission of the Seller is prohibited.

9. Personal data

9.1. The Buyer gives consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection.

10. Force majeure

10.1. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances.
