Returns and exchanges

You can exchange or return a product of proper quality within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase), provided that:

• you fill out a return request using our template

• the item has not been used

• the product’s appearance and tags are preserved

• you have a proof of purchase (receipt)

Refunds are issued to a bank card within 1–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Only the cost of the product is refunded; delivery costs are not included.
